We offer quality renters’ insurance for both our self storage units and parking spaces. When renting a self storage unit with us, you’ll be able to sign up for our valuable renters’ insurance automatically. If you’re renting boat storage or an RV parking spot, though, you’ll need to contact our office to get signed up for the insurance.
This coverage adds a small fee to your monthly payment in exchange for significant liability coverage. If you’re storing something especially valuable, we can offer coverage above and beyond the starting levels. These tenant protection plans reassure you that even if something were to go wrong, you wouldn’t be liable for replacing what you’ve lost!
Renting a storage unit is a great solution to clear up some much-needed space at home or to hold much needed business items. All of our storage facilities offer clean, secure storage solutions at affordable prices.

Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
